Payment Options
Football Wide Bay Inc. has several methods available for players to make payment for JPL and Development Teams, Gear and other Invoices.
1. By Post direct to - The Treasurer, Football Wide Bay Inc., 6 Wises Rd, GYMPIE 4570.
If using this method please ensure payment is made via either a cheque or money order made payable to Football Wide Bay Inc.
It would be appreciated if full details of payment are recorded on the cheque or money order so the payment can be credited to the correct account.
2. Bank Transfer via Internet Banking or Personal Deposit - to the Zone's bank account.
Details are - BSB 656400 (Wide Bay Australia), Account 104575433, in the name of Football Wide Bay Inc.
Please ensure details are included - e.g. Smith U13B Inv 456. (Player Name, Squad Level and Boys or Girls plus Invoice Number if known).
With this method it is helpful if an email confirmation is sent to the Treasurer via email - treasurer@footballwidebay.org . This payment may also be made at any Wide Bay Australia branch across the Zone. A DETAIL must be included during the transaction.
3. Credit Card Payment via PayMate - 
Please follow the link within the Logo above or go to http://www.paymate.com and follow the instructions provided.
Note that you are a BUYER. The use of this facility incurs a fee which is a percentage of the amount being paid, currently around 3%.
The Zone has setup the facility so you, as Buyer, pay this fee.
If we did not use this option then we would be 'out of pocket' and hence would need to increase fees to cover this extra cost.
To make a payment (Express Payment) you will need to provide our registered email address - treasurer@footballwidebay.org . From there it is simply, 'follow your nose'.
Please direct any questions to the Zone Treasurer either by mail (as above), email - treasurer@footballwidebay.org or by phone - 0413 198417 - preferably after 4.00pm and before 9.00pm.
Please DO NOT give payments to either your Coach or Manager.
As a general rule, we do not issue Receipts, unless we are able to deliver them via email. So please advise your CURRENT email when making payments should you need a receipt.
To issue a receipt and post it is an expensive exercise and would necessitate an increase in fees. If you are willing to send a stamped addressed envelope with mail payments, then the Zone will issue a receipt.
